It's a great place to stay...so welcoming, rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast and afternoon tea are delish. The owners are so helpful and friendly. The staff are so polite and accomadating. Our secind visit, cant wait for the third.

What impressed us most was the attentive staff and that even though we had to check out the next morning by 11 a.m., we were able to store our bags in the Parlor area and still had full use of all 4 of the buildings. That meant use of the Parlor, Powder Room, and Pantry. As well as use of the bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, and outside shower.

What an absolutely wonderful place to stay. We knew we wanted to spend our honeymoon in Cape May, but it had to be at an historic B&B. We have gone many summers in the past, but for this special occasion we wanted to treat ourselves so we started looking almost a year ago for the best B&B in Cape May- and we certainly found it! We are so glad we chose to stay at the Queen Victoria. First of all, the location is in the heart of the historic district (I was born a hundred years too late, so the historic element for me was imperative) and it is within equal walking distance of the shops and the beach in either direction. We stayed in the Empress Room which has its own parking space so not once did we go to our car during our stay. And it was nice to know that it was safely parked right next to our building the whole time and not down the street out of sight. The room was immaculately clean and just gorgeously and carefully decorated. It had an old air to it, but it did not have that dated or dingy feeling so many B&Bs fall victim to. The breakfast and afternoon tea were such a lovely addition. Delicious treats were available at both; it was nice knowing we didn't have to go somewhere else for breakfast first thing in the morning, and in between lunch and dinner it was nice to know that we could have a sweet snack and some tea. The whole time, too, there is a pantry for all the guests to use that supplies you with water, soft drinks, coffee, and tea. The parlors are welcoming and you are free to use the games and books they provide. The porches are a relaxing place to idle the day as well. When we left (reluctantly), we were given a key and we were still welcome to make use of the complimentary bicycles, beach chairs, beach towels, outdoor shower, (all of those extras you never have to pay for- they make it so relaxing and easy) and to come to the afternoon tea. Never once did we feel like we overstayed our welcome and we never felt like we were being rushed out of there. The staff was all wonderful and friendly and welcoming. The only thing I want to say is if you are sensitive to noise while you sleep, stay in one of the lovely upper level floors- try not to stay in the Empress Room as it is along the sidewalk, and the entryway to the building is immediately outside your own door. In the mornings the guests enjoying the weather and their breakfast outside in the garden and those coming and going from the inn can be a bit loud. We personally didn't mind it, but I know some guests would, so just keep that in mind when booking! It was such a wonderful stay. We want to make it our destination now for every anniversary. I can't say enough.

My boyfriend and I had never been to Cape May nor ever stayed at a bed and breakfast. We found this establishment to be exceptional. Wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. Cozy fireplace in the parlor. Delicious breakfast. Walking distance to Washington square shopping. Beautiful at christmas time.

Our first time staying here and it was great!

My boyfriend booked us for one night over my birthday weekend, as they were booked solid that weekend - and rightfully so, as it was a very warm weekend in September!

We had an amazing weekend all thanks to the staff art The Queen Victoria B&B!

By far our favorite B&B in Cape May. Inn Keepers are very nice and very knowledgeable about the area. Service is great and each room in unique and comfortable. We enjoy interacting with the other folks at tea time and cannot wait to go again.
