The location is great! It is across the street from the beach and a few blocks away from the shops and restaurants. The rooms have a great view of ocean but may need to be updated. There is no elevator which may be a problem for some. My only negative are the ac units. They are very, very loud. They should probably change to central or the duct less mini split units. To be fair many of the hotels have the same loud units. They also have a nice pool and kiddie pool.
Fantastic hotel. Very charming. The staff is extremely friendly and go out of their way to say hello. The rooms were super clean and very roomy. I will return for our annual trip and this is where will will stay A++
The location is wonderful. You get direct access to the beach, a pool (which also features a kiddie pool) and a wonderful shopping district a few blocks away. The hotel is small and is structured like a motel (parking lot directly in front of the rooms) however it has the cleanliness and quality of a 4 star hotel. Overall this is a wonderful place to stay.
Lovely, clean, facility. Quite accommodating and great for families. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fabulous location near shopping, restaurants, bike rental, arcade. Yet, quiet. Beachfront with a pool that is also very clean. Rooms have been updated with new tile floor. Complimentary breakfast is a plus. Very enjoyable.
When I made my reservation a week ago, I was assured that I would have a 3rd floor room at the best rate. Today I just checked in and the rate is currently advertised as $280 per night but I am still being charged $350 per night. On top of that, they have downgraded me from a 3rd floor room to a second floor room with the following excuse "We needed to accommodate a client staying for 5 days and we don't guarantee any rooms for stays less than 5 days." This is a disrespect and a shameful way to treat clients. I am appalled.
