Which is what has me writing my first ever review. Beware and check you receipt for mistakes like this. The nonchalant attitude really got me.
That wasn't as concerning as when we got our bill and the first item was a $13.00 bacon cheeseburger which we didn't order or receive. When we flagged her down again to point it out she didn't seem surprised at all and went to take it off the bill.
Clam strips are like rubber. Black and blue Burger was excellent. good service. However was unable to finish eating my burger because I noticed a cockroach climbing on the windowsill.
We went for Xmas and our server Patrick was excellent. We definitely go back and recommend to friends. The jerk wings and the buffalo garlic cilantro wings were cooked perfectly. We got an order to bring back to NYC.
Our server also had a festering, weeping wound that wasn't covered by a bandage. It was the grossest thing I've seen at a restaurant, bar none.
Very disappointed in the service we got a bacon Cheesesteak that had no bacon or cheese the bread was soggy from the pickle juice. Nice atmosphere a bit noisy I don't really think it's for children because of the alcohol that they have their in great quantities and if you're not drinking then the service is horrible waitress was very unpleasant didn't come check on us didn't ask asked if we needed anything. If you needed something you had to flag the waitress down and then she still forgot what you asked her for she spilled soda on us and just chuckled and walked away prices are way too high for the horrible service will not be going back
Had to write a review as it was so it first time here and the food was pretty good but the service was terrible. Our server did not bring drinks or come check on us after we got our food. In the short time we were there (and it wasn't a very busy time) we had to flag her down or ask another server to get her.
I'd never recommend this place to anyone. Their staff is extremely rude. I don't just mean the server, I also mean the host. I couldn't believe it.
The food is mediocre and their prices are high. I also had to get up and find someone to give me a refill. It was the most ridiculous experience I've had.
