We called this place in order to rent bikes for our weekend and the person, very polite, told us it would take about 1h30 to get the bikes. 1h30 later, having not heard from them we called back and have been told they couldn't give us an estimate time to get the bikes. 3h30 later we decided to call back to cancel and were not able to get anyone on the phone. I wouldn't rely on this company to organize your bike trip.
