Horrible, HORRIBLE service. I was treated badly and kicked out because of a $10.00 refund. I made an accidental mistake and needed a refund for my purchase. The owner was unbelievably rude about it and actually kicked me out of the store for it. This is not what I have come to expect from Hallmark. SHAMEFUL!!!! Especially in a beach resort that has an economy that depends on tourism.
