Our June 2016 vacation was not all that it was supposed to be. This property needed to be whipped into shape! It was an expensive rental and we expected more. The carpets were dirty, and worn. Upper deck off of the bedroom was filthy. The pool needed to be cleaned and the filters looked dirty. The porch patio needed to be cleaned. The tile flooring grout in the living room was coming up. Door to the washer and dryer was off the hinges. Lint galore in the dryer basket. House was just worn out and dirty in general. Took pictures of everything. Emailed them to Desatnick when we checked in to the north cape may property. Numerous phone calls too! Spoke with Ryan personally and he blew me off! TOO busy to come see the property and to rectify the situtation. WE WILL NEVER RENT ANOTHER PROPERTY AGAIN FROM DESATNICK!!!!
