I was freezing in the massage room so they comped my massage and suggested I ask for a warm room next time. That was nice, but how about fixing the thermostat? Also their steam room smells like rotten eggs.

Michelle is an amazing masseuse definitely worth the money and worth the visit

We stay at Congress Hall often but have never tried the spa, until our most recent trip. The massage therapist (deep tissue), Steph, was phenomenal. I highly recommend her!
