I was concerned that my brakes needed work, and they were kind enough to take a look at them despite having a fully booked day. Turns out my brakes are still at 50%, and nowhere near needing replacement yet. Their honesty earned my respect, so I returned for an oil change later in the week, when they noticed a bubble in one of the tires which they replaced for me. Their attentiveness saved me from having a blowout accident.
