My wife and I bought a couple of painting here a two weekends ago. We loved it so much I called the gallery to inquire about the artist. However, the employee, Karen, answered the phone and was so incredibly rude I will never go here again.
I went here for the first time this year and I thought it was amazing. I bought 3 paintings and my sister bought 2. Even though the whole time Karen was extremely unattentive. In the middle of helping me, she kept leaving to talk to other customers about dogs and other personal things as if I didn't matter. Despite that, I went back in because there was one painting I really loved. I asked her if she could possibly lower the price just a little bit and she scoffed and laughed as if I was insane. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional. If I could put less than 1 star I would. Even though I loved all of the paintings, I can't stomach the idea of going there again and having to deal with Karen.
These other negative reviews are absolutely groundless!!!
Absolutely The Best…This little art gallery is hands down the best value for your money. You get wonderfully detailed REAL oil paintings with a choice of frames…At tremendous discounted prices.

My husband and I try to make it to Cape May every year for our anniversary. Cape May art gallery is always at the top of our must stops. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Can't wait to purchase another peice for our growing collection.
